Yes! You read the title right! HAPPY INDONESIAN CIRCA WAVES DAY!
22 October 2015 was one of my best(est) days ever! My favourite band, Circa Waves came to Jakarta, meet and greet, free gig, new friends, and got my face terpampang almost on every media because I stood at front row. 😁 It was the best gig I've ever attended. Very intimate and the crowd really knew how to please the band by singing together, jumping, even crowdsurfing (Joe did it too at the end of the gig but.....failed. The front row was all girls, we couldn't hold your body weight, sorry, Joe. 😄). Despite the fact that was the first time they came to SE Asia (fyi, Jakarta was the first city they visited in SE Asia, proud enough? 😁), and they said they didn't have any idea what to expect, but all was well done.
So now a year has passed by. I, to be honest, really miss these four lads. I can't wait to see them live again. Come back to Jakarta soon, Circa Waves!!! ✌✌
